Terms, Conditions & House Rules

1. General Terms

By making a reservation at LUNA Private Spa, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions and House Rules. These conditions apply to all bookings, services, and use of the facilities.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • Reservations are confirmed only after full payment or a required deposit (if applicable).

  • Guests must provide accurate contact information when booking.

  • Prices may vary depending on date, availability, and package selection.

  • Guests must be adult to book and use the spa.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the reservation time are free of charge.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are charged the full amount.

  • Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before arrival, depending on availability.

4. Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in is available from 16:00 to 20:00.
    Late check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability.
    A late check-in fee of €15 applies for arrivals after 20:00.

  • Check-out is at 11:00.
    A late check-out may be possible but must be arranged in advance.
    Additional fees may apply depending on the requested time.

  • Guests may enter the spa only at the reserved time.

  • Early arrival or late departure is not permitted unless explicitly agreed beforehand.

  • Staff may enter the wellness suite only for safety, technical, or operational reasons.

5. Privacy & Safety

  • LUNA Private Spa guarantees full privacy during your stay.

  • For safety, CCTV is used outside the building only — never inside the suite.

  • Guests must follow all spa instructions for safe use of jacuzzi, sauna, and facilities.

6. House Rules

To ensure a peaceful and pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask guests to follow these rules:

Respectful Use

  • Please treat the suite, furniture, and equipment with care.

  • No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside or around the premises.

  • No loud music or disruptive behavior.

Hygiene

  • Shower before using the jacuzzi or sauna.

  • Please do not use oils, bath bombs, or soaps in the jacuzzi.

  • Do not apply self-tan shortly before your visit (risk of staining).

Visitors

  • The spa is strictly private and for registered guests only.

  • Bringing additional visitors is not allowed.

Food & Drinks

  • Bringing your own light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks is allowed.

  • Excessive alcohol consumption is not permitted for safety reasons.

  • Glassware is strictly prohibited in the wellness area.

7. Damages & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or facilities.

  • LUNA Private Spa is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.

  • Guests must use the jacuzzi, sauna, and equipment at their own risk.

8. Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • The suite is professionally cleaned before each visit.

  • If the suite is left in an abnormal condition (e.g., excessive mess, stains), an extra cleaning fee may apply.

9. Right to Refuse Service

LUNA Private Spa reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate these terms, act disrespectfully, or pose safety risks.
